Passed away suddenly of a heart attack at age 82 on Sunday December 16, 2018. Marge was born in Bayside Queens, NY on September 2, 1936. Marge is predeceased by her parents, Thomas Hennelly and Margaret Hennelly (nee Chambers), her 3 brothers, Tom, Jack and Bill, Marge’s husband of 51 years John “Jack” Donohue, and by her son John Daniel Donohue Jr. Marge is survived by her three daughters Christine Larson (Christopher) Fairfield CT, Joyce Gallagher (Dermot) Fairfield CT, and Maureen Donohue Bronx NY, as well as her nine adoring grandchildren.
Marge was active within her community and a member of both St Mark’s Church and St Theresa’s Church. She was an avid bridge player, a world traveler, and a beloved friend to many.
A funeral Mass was held on December 22, 2018 at St. Anthony’s of Padua, Fairfield Ct.
An additional memorial service is planned for the Spring 2019 in Wilmington NC, date TBD.
