Marion Hoelzer 92, of Virginia Beach, Virginia formerly of Wilmington, NC passed away Friday, November 29, 2019, in Norfolk, VA.

Marion was born in New York City on May 17, 1927 the daughter of the late Richard Reeves and Annie Kearn Campbell. She retired as a Bookkeeper from an electrical company. She was the widow of Edmund Lawrence Hoelzer, Jr. They spent 61 wonderful years together.

Surviving are a son Edmund “Larry” Hoelzer III and wife Patricia of Naples, Fl., and daughters Barbara Bennett of Shelby, NC, and Peggy Halvorsen and husband Russell of Virginia Beach, VA. Twelve grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.

Services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 4, 2019, at Wilmington Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

The family will see friends from 4:00 – 6:00 PM on Tuesday at Wilmington Funeral Chapel.
