    I am very sad to read of Martin's passing. I was his Realtor and during the time that we worked together I observed him to be a very kind, considerate, thoughtful person with a passion for history and old farmhouses and a sense of humor. One house we looked at had a basement full of old canning jars filled with what had become black liquid. We laughed about what might be in those canning jars. Martin talked of writing another history book, which I am sure would have been an interesting read. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.
