    Cindy Alexander, RN says:
I met Mary Ann in 1981 as a new RN in the OR at CHRV. She taught me so much about scrubbing & assisting & I know I was a better nurse for having worked with her. She willinging shared her knowledge about surgeons & procedures & helped others benefit from her wisdom. She ls one of the most caring & dedicated OR staff members I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She made a difference in the lives of her patients but also in many of her coworkers. She will definitely be missed.
