Mary Ann R. Kepner, 75, passed away Sunday, April 18, 2010, at Brunswick Cove Nursing Home.

Mary Ann was born in Endicott, New York to Walter and Sophia Shonosky. She was a homemaker, enjoying yard work, tennis, and spending time with her family. She was a faithful member of St. Mark Catholic Church and volunteered regularly there.

She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Irvin C. Kepner, Jr; three children, daughter Nancy Hill and husband JV, son Robert Kepner, and daughter Judi Marks and husband, Kevin; and grandchildren, Matthew, Courtney, Tyler, Keenan, and Josh.

Graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 22nd at 10 am at Oleander Gardens in Wilmington, NC.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Disease Research Foundation @ www.ahaf.org.

    Mary Ann was my dearest friend and classmate at St.Ambrose School in Endicott, NY and U.E High School. My thoughts and prayers are with her husband, family and friends. I will always hold her close in my heart!
