Lois Whitaker Parker, age 90 of Wilmington passed away on Monday October 23, 2017.

Rememered are her parents, Eunice and Lena Whitaker; husband  Joe Parker; son, Lucious Hugh Parker and sister Dorothy Whitaker Powell

She is survived by her daughter Debra Hewett and husband Randy of Winnabow; son Charles Angus Parker and wife Donna of Rocky Mount;  brother Richard Whitaker and wife Betty of GA; grandchildren, Jennifer Granda (Frankie), Randy Hewett, Jr. (Jennifer), Crystal Hollis (Daulton), Rachel Manning (Darrell) and Mary Lena Scherrod (Adam); 11 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2 pm Friday October 27, 2017 at the graveside in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers memorials to Lower Cape Fear Hospice.
