    Melissa Diel says:
I have many fond memories of going to visit Nana in N. C. Eating breakfast out on her screen porch, going to lunch, sitting out back on the deck at night talking with Nana. But my most special memory, was when Nana woke me up, and only me; it was very very early in the morning. She wanted to show me the dolphins that rarely showed up in the stingray infested waters. We walked along the beach and watched them. It was a special moment for me because she knew how much I would appreciate seeing the dolphins and it was one of our few times we had together just the two of us. I will miss you Nana. You lived a long, full life. - Melissa
