    Lynsey and Chris Norris says:
I worked with Michael or as we called him MJ. I will never forget the first time I met him, when I walked into work he shook my hand and introduced himself, to me that was kind of unusual I am just another employee. Me and MJ got along well. We always seemed to be in trouble if it wasn't me in the boss's office it was him. Then there was the time he came to help me finish a hand held in Lockwood Folly, I went over to read the meter, I was standing on a juniper bush and happend to look down and screamed, MJ came over and grabbed the orange snake and set it free meanwhile showing me the shape of it's head and telling me how it wasn't poisonous , by that time I didn't care I just wanted it gone. MJ was a very sweet guy who would go out of his way to help you, he was also very well mannered and polite, you could tell he was really close to his family. He also cared about animals, he once saved a turtle from a customers cut off box, it had gotten stuck in it. He used to pick on me especially when I made him stop the truck and hold up traffic to get a picture of what I thought was a real fox. He tried to tell me it was fake but I insisted. He was right a fake plastic three legged fox. To the family you are in our prayers. I am very glad and honored to have known and worked with such a great person. He will be missed a lot. The last time MJ helped me was in Calabash, I called him to see if he wanted to have lunch and even though he had planned to have lunch with his mom he still invited me. He never excluded you or made feel that way either. I thought alot of MJ and as I said before god bless you all. But Thank You.

Joann, Bobby and Kim I am so very sorry about the loss of Michael. Joann and Bobby I know with all my heart you can look back over Michaels life and know that you were always there! You guys were his anchor and you could always tell how much love was between you guys. Kim as his sister you were always there too. Sometimes in the funny ways only "little" sisters can be. I know my heart is hurting for you all so I can't even imagine what you are going through but please know I am only a phone call away and can be there for you at any time! I send my love, thoughts and prayers.............Donna
