Michael Jeremy Norris, age 36, of Wilmington, passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2018, at the New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

He Was born in Wilmington on February 28, 1982, the son of Michael Garnett Norris and Patricia Angela Gaye Faircloth Norris.

Michael was a Musician and play at many local venues in Wilmington and the surrounding area.

    I never got to meet Jeremy in person but I was lucky enough to have a mutual friend share his music with me and that voice. What an amazing gift he shared. My thoughts are with all his family and friends during this difficult time.

    Trish, So sorry for your loss. I remember Jeremy as a little fellow and didn’t know him as an adult. It’s often said that when you lose a child you lose your future.     I have to say I grew up with Jeremy in the hall when some one says he is sick good him self know that life isn't how he intended it to be.john 5:28,29 the dead will be brought back to life. That is God's promise to us. We will see him again in the new system when no one will say they are sick so I still to this day remember Jeremy as one of my brothers. He also was a great musician. And to the family I will keep you all in my prayers.
