N. Scott Woodward, 50, of Wilmington died Thursday, January 7, 2010 at his home.

Scott was born September 25, 1959 in Iredell County NC the son of the late James Oliver Woodward, Jr. He is survived by his mother, Shelby H. Woodward of Wilmington. He was a Carpenter by trade.

Also surviving are a brother James O. Woodward III, and fiancee Donna Barnhill, favorite niece Sarah E. Woodward, and Sister-in-Law Elizabeth M. Spruill all of Wilmington.

A memorial service will be conducted 2:00 P.M Sunday January 10, 2010 at Wilmington Burial and Cremation Service.
