    Paula Glover says:
We have all lost a great man. Vance was so giving and kind and touched so many lives. He took me in as a teenager when I needed a place to land and never batted an eye. In later life he was a pen pal to me and kept my blood flowing with laughter and reality. Vance never forgot one of my children's birthdays and even wrote my daughter when she went off to school. The touch is deep and perhaps his best legacy lives on in the beautiful daughter he taught to be like him.

    Travis Glover says:
I don't really know what to say. I met Vance at least once but I know that in my memory he was a nice guy. I cant say much about him because of how young I was when I met him. I also can't imagine what it is to lose a parent. Pam I want you to know that I love you and while you may lose people you love you can always keep in mind that you have another family that will always be here for you.
