Nicholas John Blackburn, age 33, passed away Sunday February 14th, 2021.
He is survived by his parents Simon Blackburn and Suzan Rogers.
A native of Carolina Beach. He spent many years commercial fishing in Alaska. Nicholas was loved and will be missed by his family and many friends. Especially his Godfather, Bobby Hickman.
Nicholas’ ashes will be spread in the place that he loved the most, the ocean. A gathering is scheduled at 11 am, Monday April 5th at the Wrightsville Beach boat ramp. Please join us, in your boat, to say our final goodbyes.
