Baby Osmar Edward Juarez Velasquez sadly passed away moments after his birth at New Hanover Regional Medical Center on December 25, 2021.

He was born to his father Osmar Juarez Sanchez and his mother Neli Velasquez Domingo in Wilmington, NC.

Osmar will be buried at Greenlawn Memorial Park on December 31, 2021 at 11am.
