She was born in Tazewell, VA on January 11, 1967 to Thomas Wood and Bonita Hew Wood.
Pam was a Registered Nurse and had most recently worked at Cypress Pointe Nursing and Rehab in Wilmington
She is survived by her husband Roger Proffitt; her brother Kenny Wood and other extended family members.
