Pamelea Hubbard Patterson
Pam Patterson, 47, of Burgaw, NC passed away peacefully and in the comfort of her home surrounded by her family on Saturday July 21, 2007 after a two year battle with brain cancer.

She was born April 28, 1960 in Wilmington, NC to Joe “JC” Carroll Hubbard and Shirley Bradshaw Hubbard. Pam graduated Cape Fear Community College with an Associates Degree in General Education. Her passion was photography, where one picture was worth a million words. She will be remembered by family and friends as a very honest and loving person.

Preceded in death by her Father and her nephew Jeremy Brent Hubbard, 15.

She is survived by her loving husband Garry Strayer, son TJ and wife Carrie; daughter Storm and husband David; daughter Jennifer and husband Jimmy; grandchildren Skylar, Lacie, Breezy, JD, Kayla, River, Madison, Martin, Zeke, Salvadore, Zoey, and Landon; one sister and three brothers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in the name of Pamelea H. Patterson Scholarship Fund through the Cape Fear Community College Foundation at 411 N. Front St. Wilmington, NC 28401. For more information call 910-362-7331.
