Patricia Ann Fowler Spivey, of Leland age 70 passed away on Wednesday November 21, 2018.

She was born in Wilmington on September 8, 1948 to Rev. George W. Fowler and Cecil Gainey Fowler. She was a retired Certified Nursing Asssitant at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

She is survived by her children, Jeffrey Lee Wood and wife Sherrie of Columbia, KY and Jonathan David Wood of Leland; two sisters, Linda Brown (Roy) of Richlands and Cheri Bundy (Wayne) of Castle Hayne; one brother George “Buddy” Fowler, Jr. (Joanne) of Currie; two grandchildren Hope Humphrey (Cameron) and Faith Pope (Aaron); and one great grandson Brayden Pope. Preceded in death by a son, Justin Everette Wood on May 12, 2016.

Memorial service will be 2 pm Sunday November 25, 2018 at Federal Point Pentecostal Church-629 Piner Rd., Wilmington, NC 28409.
