Peggy Louise Dove, 68, of Wilmington passed away Thursday June 28, 2012.
Peggy was born in Maryland the daughter of the late Leonard Earl and Nellie Ethel Gorham Dodson, Sr.
She is survived by her husband of more than fifty years, Charles Vernon Dove, Sr. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children; Charles Vernon Dove, Jr. Richard Earl Dove, Sr. and wife Caroline, James Edward Dove and wife Jenny, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty Hall and Juanita Ragland and brother, Henry Dodson.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M Monday, July 2, 2012 at Wilmington Funeral Chapel , officiated by Rev. Jim Newkirk. Interment will follow in Sea Lawn Memorial Park, Hampstead. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 1, 2012 from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice, 1414 Physicians Dr., Wilmington, NC 28401.
