Phyllis Perry Batchelor 75, of Wilmington passed away Sunday, March 10, 2019 at her home.

Phyllis was born in Wake County on February 20, 1944 the daughter of the late Durwood Hill and Magalee Phillips Perry. She was also preceded in death by a son Kelly Batchelor, grandson Justin Picarella and granddaughter Kimberly Batchelor.

Surviving are her husband of 53 years William Ray Batchelor, son Kevin Batchelor and wife Malinda of Rocky Point, brothers Scott Perry and wife Penny, Wesley Perry and wife Angie of Wilmington, sister Patricia Perry Brandon of Raleigh. Three granddaughters Katelyn Batchelor, Ashley Batchelor, and Megan Batchelor.

A graveside funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Thursday, March 14, 2019 at Oleander Memorials Gardens. The family will see friends Wednesday evening from 5:00 PM Until 7:00 PM at Wilmington Funeral Chapel.
