    Meredith Merrill says:
Lisa and family, I am sad to read this news. My memory of Randy is of a young, active boater and proud UNCW alum. I hadn't realized he had served in the military. It's always surprising what we learn about a person's life after his passing. . . May peace and love and beautiful memories be with you today and always. In sympathy, Meredith Serling Merrill

Lisa and family, My deepest sympathy to you and your family. I worked with Randay at the NCHA Trust Fund and kept in touch with him through his Premier days. He was a professional friend and I am proud and honored to have him as my boss for several years. I have always had fond memories of the times I worked with Randy. He will be missed!
