Just read that Rayo passed, I was unaware, sad news indeed, our deepest sympathy and condolences to the family. We served together in the 82d and elsewhere. Rayo loved the outdoors, hunting, always spoke highly of his kids. Rayo was a dedicated excellent Soldier and role model. I miss him, good people, fun to be around.
