Ray Wendell Sirmons Sr.

Ray Wendell Sirmons Sr. of Winnabow, NC, died Monday, October 11, 2010 in the VA Hospital, Durham, NC.

He was born in Blakley, GA, on December 3, 1950, the son of the late Harry Sirmons Sr. and Sarah Swords.

Surviving are: a son R.J. Sirmons and wife Sara of Winnabow, NC, a brother Mike Sirmons and wife Pam of Arlington, Ga, three grandchildren, Raven, Timothy, and Adelaide all of Oakridge OR.

A memorial service will be held 3 pm Sunday, October 17, 2010, at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church, 5420 Ocean Hwy E., Winnabow, NC. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

A service of Village Road Memorial Chapel, Leland, NC.
