He held this position for the next 20 years doing what he absolutely loved, sharing and teaching the Word of God and the love of our Lord Jesus Christ. In 2020, Claude officially and completely retired at the age of 89, preaching his last sermon May 31st at Woodburn Presbyterian Church. He then began attending Chapel Bay Church in Surf City.

Claude always enjoyed sharing his amazing childhood stories with anyone that was willing to listen! Claude was a loving and devoted Husband and an amazing Father and Grandfather.
