Robert Charles Squires, Sr., 71, passed away August 24, 2019. He was born to James and Margaret Squires on July 2, 1948 in Wilmington, NC.

Survivors include is loving wife of 54 years, Nancy (Odum) Squires; sons: Robert C. Squires, Jr. and wife Dari Hulsey and John R. Squires; grandchildren: Brandon Hulsey, Tyler Squires and Ethan Squires; great grandson: Elijah Hulsey; brothers: Donnie Squires and Wayne Squires and sister: Dorothy Matthews.

Robert was a good father, grandfather and great grandfather. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 12, 2019, at the All Saints Anglican Parish, 2623 N. College Rd, Wilmington, NC 28405, Bishop David Haines officiating. The eulogy will be delivered by Larry Parker.

    I met Robert while working at Lowes Home Improvement when we were both working for vendor companies. He later worked for me at the Monkey Junction Lowes. Robert was friendly, reliable, very knowledgeable about home needs and repairs, and a good guy to have around. Please accept my sincere condolences on Robert's passing. He will be missed.
