    Michael E (Jan) Bass says:
Danny, David, & Donnie and Mr & Mrs Gore...I am so sorry for your loss. Though many years have passed, I still remember the days growing up in Wrightsboro Acres, riding bikes, playing football, basketball and hanging out with you guys. Great times that have created great memories. That is what I remember about Doug and you all. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

    Brenda Gore Godwin says:
I watched him grow from a baby to a handsome, mannerly, kind man. It was always a pleasure to see him at the family reunions. He always wore a smile, had a kind word and seemed to love his family. I'm so sorry you're having to face this hurtful time. You'll be in our prayers. Jimmy and Brenda Godwin

The Gore Family: I am so shocked to hear of the passing of your Son and my Friend, Doug. When I moved here in 1973 with my family from New York, I met Doug and immediately a friendship was born. He always had that SMILE! He was humble and kind and will have great memories. God Bless. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Mr. and Mrs. Gore and his brothers and sons. Rest in Peace, my FRIEND.
