    Floyd Mintz says:
Mr Harrell, Mr Blanton, my dad George Mintz were an integral part of a lot of young boys getting the opportunity to play little league baseball. Mr Harrells Tigers were one of the best teams, if not the best. Most memorable was the Suzuki Brat with boys in the back, transporting to games, practice and back home. His involvement in little league baseball and the lives of the youths that played, certainly made an incredible mark on the lives and the community and to all that knew him. Mr Harrell leaves a mark and legacy on the community of Leland North Carolina
