Rodney Gene Little Sr, age 68, of Riegelwood, NC passed into eternal life surrounded by love ones on Saturday, July 11, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jim Revell Little; mother, Adell Little; and son, Rodney Gene Little Jr.
Surviving are his loving wife of 24 years, Roxanne Little, of the home; sons, Rev. Randy Little wife Stephanie of Riegelwood, NC and William Chancy Revel Carpenter of Wilmington, NC; daughter, Misty Renee Little of Southport NC, son, Jason Roger Riegelwood, NC; daughters, Teresa Edwards husband Ben Edwards of Bladenboro, NC and Suzanne Hickman of Riegelwood, NC; thirteen grandchildren; two Great grandchildren; and sisters, Phyllis Dew and Bobbie Dew of Wilmington, NC Geraldine Pettus of Charlotte, NC.
He was employed by Federal Paper Board for thirteen years as an equipment operator. Gene enjoyed life, family and cars. Gene will be greatly missed by this who loved him dearly.
A memorial service will be held 7:00 PM Thursday, July 16, 2015 at Delco Pentecostal Freewill Baptist Church on 283 Kaizer Road Delco, NC 28436. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
