My deepest sympathies. Psalms 94:19 reminds us (When anxieties overwhelmed me, you comforted and soothed me). Hoping this brings comfort during this difficult time.

    Suzanne Sue Cooper says:
I was so sorry to hear of Roland's passing. We worked together at Services for the Blind beginning in 1973, and there are so many pleasant memories of both Roland and May throughout the years. They are together again, and may you find comfort in knowing that. Again, my sympathy to family and friends.

I will always have fond memories of ROLAND. From him living with us while he was in college til this past year when I stayed with him after Mae’s death and his hospital stay. He spent a couple weeks in Knightdale during the hurricane and I was able to take care of his medical & physical needs. He was so generous with me. I will always remember our time together. He loved Mae and had a hard time accepting her death. They are together again. I will always remember him like my big brother. RIP buddy!

I met Roland when I worked for Services for the Blind. I enjoyed visiting with Mae and Roland many times over the years. I visited a few weeks before Mae unexpectedly died. I spent 2 nights at Roland's house last Summer and was hoping to visit again soon. Dear Roland, you will be missed. Much LOVE to YOU

We are sorry to hear of Rolands passing, but feel he’s happy to be back with Mae. They were great neighbors and a lovely couple.
