Royce Wayne Bullard of Laurel Springs, NC passed away Thursday morning November 10, 2022 after an extended illness in Whiteville, NC.
He was born in Lois, SC on January 7, 1947 to the late Maebelle and Corlie Bullard. He was predeceased by his son Merrill Bullard, his sister GeneII Watkins and brother-in-law Ronnie Watkins.
He is survived by his dear friend and partner for 19 years, Joy Clemmons of Supply, NC. His two daughters, Mary Francis Nicholas of Alabama, and Angela White of Rocky Point, NC, his sister, Doris Harts, two brothers, Dale Bullard and Carl Bullard, 5 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Royce grew up in Wilmington NC. He was a graduate of New Hanover High School. He worked for many years in the Wilmington area, after his retirement, he moved to the NC Mountains. He loved to play golfand did so for many years.
A “Celebration of Life” will be determined at a later date.
