    Pat Leahy says:
Russ was a wonderful neighbor! He and Bea looked out for me even before I met them. They intervened when a leak soaked the insulation in my bedroom as my house was being built. He tore out all the wet insulation. Again, a couple of years after I moved in, Russ noticed that my air conditioner was making a weird noise. He told me who to call to get a part under warranty and installed the part for me. He was always happy to help a neighbor. Russ will be missed; may he rest in peace.
