Sandra Celli Adrian, 67, of Hampstead, NC, formerly of Bergen Co., NJ, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2012, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert Adrian, and was the daughter of the late Anthony and Rose Celli of Paramus, NJ.

Sandy was a member of Women of the Moose, Chapter 2104, in Topsail Island, NC.

Surviving is her daughter, Sherril Rose Niziolek of New York City; two sisters, Adele Cesareo of Robbinsville, NJ and Rose Piazza of Saddle Brook, NJ; five nieces and nephews and fourteen great nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am Monday, January 16, 2012, at St. Jude Apostle Catholic Church in Hampstead, NC. Father Terry Collins will officiate.

    My sympathies to my cousin, Sherril, and all of Sandra's family. I was so sorry to hear Sandra was no longer with us. We recently reconnected when she came to visit in New Jersey and we laughed the whole time while travelling around to visit her friends and family. Her sense of humor and unique interpretations of life's foibles will be missed.
