    Sara Brown says:
Sara's kindness and generosity lit up a room and the world. She made everyone feel better through medicine or through sincere thoughtful insight. She gave to others without expecting anything in return. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister and physician and an amazing friend. The world is better to have had her in our presence, and though dimmed in her absence, heaven is ablaze with true joy. Thank you for sharing Sara with me and my family.

Dr. Sara Collins was a much loved friend and colleague. I am deeply saddened by the loss of this wonderful person far too soon. Sara was the first physician I met in Wilmington twelve years ago when I came to interview for hospital privileges. I will always remember her kindness and warmth. Goodbye dear Sara. I will always miss you. Love, Vikki Brown

Doo & Jim - So sorry to hear of the passing of Sara Heath. I do think about the Collins/Lingle/McLendon beach trip from the late-50's...great memories! I also remember the times spent w/her at UNC-Chapel Hill and, of course, at the Walters' family reunions. Much love to you and to Sara Heath's children during this difficult time.
