Sarah Patlak, age 49, of Jacksonville, passed away on Monday, September 11, 2017, at the Wilmington Health and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born on May 3, 1968 in Chicago, IL., the daughter of Erwin Patlak and Helena Tinklenberg Patlak.

A Memorial Gathering will be held in Jacksonville on Saturday, September 16, 2017, from 2-5PM at Wilson Bay Park, 5 West Bayshore Blvd, Jacksonville, North Carolina 28540. Please visit the following link, http://tinyurl.com/y8vk4sso
