Scott Michael Williams, 48, of Wilmington, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 31st, 2018, unexpectedly while working in Palm Beach, FL.

He was born in King County, Washington, the son of the late Henry S. Williams, Jr.

Scott worked many years in the automotive industry and various businesses in the Wilmington area such as Aamco, Carolina Transmissions, Econo, and 14 years at Tri-County Transmissions. In 2015 he opened H + S Transport and became self employed as a truck driver, traveling the US until his untimely death.

Scott loved fishing with his dad and friends, hunting, racing, golfing, cooking, and his precious dogs Roxy and Maco. Scotty loved to entertain and would give you the shirt off of his back.

Left to cherish his memory are  his fiancé, Carmela Loftis; their 2 children, Adam and Shea Crawford; his uncle David Williams, all of Wilmington.  Scotty also leaves his extended family and a plethora of friends.

His family will receive relatives and friends in the Wilmington Funeral Chapel of Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 2 – 5 pm. In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be sent to the Guardian Angels Events, 7301 Walking Horse Court, Wilmington, NC 28411.
