Shelby Jean Orlando, age 78, of Wilmington, passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018 at her home.

She was born in Big Sandy, WV., the daughter of James Oscar Hall and Gladys Irene Bailey Hall.

She is preceded in death by her father, Oscar James Hall, her husband, Ronald Salvatore Orlando, and her brother Jimmy Hall. She is survived by her mother Irene Hall, sister Susan Hall Rossiter both of Wilmington. NC, son Tony James Orlando, daughter, and Ronda Orlando Hatley and her husband, John M. Hatley of Galivants Ferry, SC. In addition to numerous inlaws, especially Ken and Debbie Margolis and their family, Rod and Michelle Margolis, and Derrick and Rene all in and around Philly.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 6, 2018, from 6:00pm till 7:00pm at the Wilmington Funeral Chapel. A service to celebrate Shelby’s life will follow at 7:00pm.
