Shelva Jean Brawley, age 70, of Rocky Point, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2018, at her home.

She was born in Burgaw, NC, on July 1, 1948.

Shelva is survived by her three children Johnathan, Shelva and Wilbur, III and her seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Wilbur M. Brawley, Jr.
