Sherri Dunn Williamson of Wilmington died Monday, June 4, 2012. She was born August 16, 1956 in Pinehurst, NC, the daughter of Clayton and Martha Moon Dunn of Clinton, NC.

Surviving in addition to her parents are her daughter, Jenna Lee Williamson of the home; her sisters, Wanda Dunn Weeks and Michelle Dunn of Clinton, nephews, Adam and Garrett Weeks of Clinton; and her uncle, Pryor Moon, Jr., of Pinehurst.

Sherri was a graduate of Clinton High School and the University of North Carolina, Wilmington. She was employed by A. J. Fritz, Freight Forwarders and was also a teacher at Blair Elementary School and Anderson Elementary School in Wilmington. Sherri was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and aunt. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and students.

Memorial services for Mrs. Williamson will be held at Wilmington Funeral Chapel on Friday, June 8, 2012 at 2:00 PM. Pastor Lenier Furr will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Graves Memorial Presbyterian Church, 201 Fayetteville Street, Clinton, NC 28328.
