Steven Douglas Stepps A.K.A. “Stepps”, left this world at the age of 33, a life not finished. He was a Castle Hayne boy through and through, Port City’s finest, and Steven let you know it.

Steven left this world on the 28th day of March in a city he loved so much.

All brothers loved him dearly and all had the same struggle.

Steven was a plumber by trade and loved his profession. In his off time, Steven loved listening to music. Steven was a mama’s boy, in a good way. He loved spending time with his mom and fussing over her and his memaw, Ms. Sue Harvley.

Steven leaves behind a loving mother, Angelia, father, Tony, Sr. five loving brothers, Christopher Gibson, Richard Jordan, Brandon Perdue, Tony Stepps, Jr., and Brandon Gibson and two sisters, Kayla and Tristen Langley, two sisters-in-law, Sarah Stepps and Carolyn Wilbur, several nieces and nephews and a lot of family and friends who loved him dearly.
