Teresa Gail Bartholf

Teresa Gail Hammonds Bartholf, of Castle Hayne, NC, formally of Lumberton, NC was born on December 16, 1963 to the late James E. “Big Boy” Hammonds and Vonnie Mae McNeill and passed away on April 23, 2023 completing her journey of 59 years.

Teresa was full of life, people who had a chance to meet her were instantly drawn to her and she was loved by many. She enjoyed a bargain she often visited thrift shops and flee markets. She was very fond of nature, especially trees. She loved animals, specially her own cats. She had an eye for the unique and different. That’s what made her so unique, different and loved by others, but most of all she loved her family and was happiest when spending time with them. She will be truly missed by all.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband Todd Bartholf, one son; Scott McVicker, four brothers; Jerry Hammonds, James Edward Hammonds, Anthony Hammonds, Gary Hammonds, one sister; Lora Kay Hammonds, along with a host of relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by three brothers; Robbie Neal Hammonds. Bradley Dale Hammonds, Jackie Hammonds one sister; Dora Mae Hammonds.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 29. 2023 from the hours of 4:00PM till 6:00PM from the Wilmington Funeral Chapel.
