Teresa Carder Zickefoose, 48 of Castle Hayne passed away Saturday, October 23, 2010 at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Carol Carder and a brother Richard Carder, Jr.

Teresa is survived by her husband David Zickefoose, daughters Shawna Renee Bond and Shannon Leigh Zickefoose, grandchildren Clarice and Kayne Bond, sisters Debbie Zickefoose and Pam Cayton and brother John Summers.

She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Teresa always put family first and will be missed by all who knew her.

Funeral service will be from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at Wilmington Burial and Cremation Service.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Zimmer Cancer Center.

    What a wonderful person Theresa was...she will dearly be missed by many. She touched the lives of so many and one of them was my mama..Sherry! Her and Theresa had a friendship that started the first time they saw eachother and will continue on!! They both gave one another strength to get through another day.
