Theresa Jeanne Bell, age 70, of Wilmington, passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2017, at her home.

She was born on May 10, 1947, in Marlborough, MA., the daughter of Lionel Louis Norman Bouffard and Rose Carmella Agnes Riccelli Bouffard.

Theresa worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Healthcare business.

A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00pm on Saturday, November 11, 2017, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 514 S. College Road, Wilmington, NC 28403.
