Mr. Thomas Elbert Skeen, of Wilmington, NC, was born on 5/24/1936, in Randolph County, NC, to the late Noah and Grace Skeen, and passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2020, at his residence, completing his journey of 84 years.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his love of his life; Phyllis Skeen.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories, two daughters: Jana Middlemeier of Nashville, TN; and Jill Rhodes of Wilmington, NC; one sister: Naomi Grubbs of Thomasville, NC; two grandchildren: Mason and Alayna Rhodes of Wilmington, NC; along with a host of friends and relatives.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 3, 2020, at 12:00 PM at Greenlawn Mausoleum. Entombment will follow.
