Thomas Swinson Rouse age 63 of Wilmington passed away May 5, 2014 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

Graveside services will be 11 AM  Wednesday at Oleander Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be 6-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
