Troy Kenneth Hales 64, formerly of Wilmington died Tuesday March 14, 2017 in Seattle, WA where he made his home for the past 6 years.

Troy was born in Wayne County MI. on May 16, 1952 the son of the late Troy Kenneth and Evelyn Williams Hales.

Surviving are a brother Keith Hales and wife Fairy of Wilmington.

A memorial service to cerebrate Troy’s life will be held 12 Noon Wednesday May 3, 2017 at St Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church. A luncheon will follow the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made in Ken’s name to St. Paul’s Memorial Fund.
