Vannie L. Davis

Vannie L. Davis formally of Leland, NC, died March 29, 2011, at his residence in Wilmington.

He was born in Columbus County, NC, on February 17, 1944, the son of the late Canty and Eva (Bordeaux) Davis and was preceded in death by a sister, Coleen Davis.

Surviving besides his wife, Wanda (Pyle) Davis are: a son, Christopher Davis of Washington, DC.

A memorial service will be held 6 pm Friday, April 1, 2011, at Village Road Funeral and Cremation Service, 525 Village Road, Leland, NC, and will receive friends following the service.
