Warren E. Pigott age 67 of Wilmington went to meet his Heavenly father, Sunday, July 5, 2009 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter.

Born in Brunswick County on November 27, 1942, he was a son of the late Samuel Osbourne and Agnes Jeness Pigott.

Warren worked construction and Heating and AC for many years. Warren was an avid golfer and leaves behind many friends and relatives.

He was preceded by his wife of 42 years Carol Butler Pigott, sister Sylvia Pigott and brother Franklin R. Pigott.

Survivors include two sons Sam Pigott and friend Emily Tisdial of Wilmington and Tony Pigott and wife Jenny of Rockford, IL, two sisters Ann Moore of Wilmington and Mary Jane Sawyer and husband Ed of Castle Hayne, brother Paul Pigott and wife Wanda of Elkview, WV, two grandsons Blake Pigott and Gavin Pigott, two nieces Angie Stepps and April Watson, several nephews Andy Moore, Jason Moore, Steve Pigott, Kevin Pigott, Wayne Sawyer, Kelly Dail and Danny Hooks.

Memorial service will be 11:00 am, Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at Wilmington Burial and Cremation Service. The Reverend Dodd Mays will officiate.
