Will Harry “Bill” Simmons, 42, of Delco, died Friday, September 27, 2013 in an automobile accident.

Born in Wilmington on September 20, 1971, he was a son of Gordon Keith and Mary Simmons Tillman of Delco.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Rusty Tillman of Leland; and a niece, Jasmine Tillman.

Private services will be held by the family.

    Still can't believe all this is true. Bill you were a huge insperation to all who knew you. You always pushed everyone to follow their dreams and be their authentic self no matter what.
