Will Harry “Bill” Simmons, 42, of Delco, died Friday, September 27, 2013 in an automobile accident.

Born in Wilmington on September 20, 1971, he was a son of Gordon Keith and Mary Simmons Tillman of Delco.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Rusty Tillman of Leland; and a niece, Jasmine Tillman.

Private services will be held by the family.

    Still can't believe all this is true. Bill you were a huge insperation to all who knew you. You always pushed everyone to follow their dreams and be their authentic self no matter what. You not only did this for me but for many others as well. You inspired so many. Your love and kindness was without prejudice or judgment. You always had a smile on your face and your presence alone would brighten the darkest days. May you rest in peace.
