    John Huntsman says:
It was a real joy to have known Bill and to have performed with him in the Brunswick Concert Band and in Tuba Christmas within the time he has lived in Wilmington. His talents were special including the love he conveyed with his dulcimers. I extend my greatest sympathies to his family.

    Lisa Teem Bell says:
Bill was one of the first people I met in Wilmington, and I felt very welcomed by him. I enjoyed the company of Bill and his son, Jeremy, on our many trips to rehearsal with the Brunswick Concert band. I had a dulcimer lesson, too, at the Port City Pottery store at The Cotton Exchange! His handmade instruments are a beautiful legacy. I miss him. Peace and comfort be with all his family.
