    Hugh Newkirk says:
I, too, had lost track of Bill from UNCW and Pi Kappa Phi in the early 70's, but I really missed seeing him. My deepest sympathies are with his family and friends. He was always upbeat, had a terrific sense of humor, and was so centered and down to earth. What a great person he was!
