William “Billy” L. Arp

William “Billy” L. Arp, 46, of Wilmington went to see his lord and savior Thursday March 15, 2012 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

Billy was born in New Hanover County November 30, 1965 the son of the late William Leonard Arp and leaves behind his mother Christine Justice and step – father Clifton Justice, his aunt Shannon Clemmons, uncles Lee Hewett and Dave Hewett. Billy’s many relatives and friends remember with love and joy the pleasure of having known him.

The family will see friends 2-4 Sunday, March 18, 2012 at Wilmington Funeral Chapel.
