William Edward Molloy, age 90 of Supply, NC, passed away at Trinity Grove in Wilmington on November 3, 2022.

William was born in New York, NY on March 6, 1932 to the late William Joseph and Mary Elizabeth Molloy.

William is survived by his son Edward Christopher Molloy, daughters Ellen Helmerson, Deirdre Messick (Scott), and Marian Doherty (Thomas), and grandchildren Kathleen Doherty, Gavin Doherty, Connor Doherty, Matthew Messick, Jake Messick, Caroline Messick, Maura Helmerson, and Ethan Helmerson, along with many other extended family members and friends. In addition to his parents, William is predeceased by his wife Mary Theresa Molloy, son William Edward Molloy, Jr., his sister Joan Hoffman, and son in law Stephen Helmerson.
